The City of Neptune Beach is a beautiful community of 7,500 residents located in Duval County on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Neptune Beach comprises approximately 2.5 square miles and is bounded by the City of Atlantic Beach to the north and the City of Jacksonville Beach to the south.
