Mountain Home, Idaho Relocation Information
Mountain Home sets between the Danskin and Owyhee Mountains, approximately 40 miles southeast of Boise. We currently have a population over 11,000 and growing daily due to new industry and "our" Air Force base. You see, Mountain Home has strong ties to the base and their issues are "our" issues. There are many retired military members that live in our community, which also strengthens the ties. Annually, we have our Mountain Home Air Force Appreciation Day. Which we can proudly boast to being one of the largest parades in Idaho.
