In Hawthorn Woods, located in Lake County, a sense of community brought the original residents together and today that spirit flourishes. For example, the Hawthorn Woods Women's Club played a central role in the early days - planning picnics and making drapes for the Village Hall. Today it remains an important part of our social fabric to our some 6,002 residents.
